Tim Moll has 17 years of oil and gas experience working in a wide range of technical roles with EPCMs and E&P operators.  Currently Tim is a Production and Operations Engineer at Tangle Creek Energy with a focus on well optimization, facility optimization, facility construction and operational savings.  Tim spent his first O&G years as an Electrical Engineer, PLC programmer, designing/commissioning facilities and integrating Scada & Control systems.  Since transitioning to the E&P side of the business he has spent time at both small and large companies in Production and Operations roles with a focus on EOR with waterflood, miscible flood, polymer flood, ASP flood and CO2 flood experiences.
